| Abstract: | A auditoria desde seus primórdios buscou conferir veracidade as informações divulgadas pelas organizações. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral conhecer em que ponto auditoria independente influencia na redução dos riscos existentes no mercado de renda fixa. Esse estudo é importante devido a grande relevância do objeto em estudo para os investidores no que tange aos riscos presentes nas operações de renda fixa. Foram entrevistados 10 profissionais atuantes no segmento de auditoria independente os principais resultados demonstram que o surgimento da auditoria independente contribui para a minimização dos riscos em operações de renda fixa. Conclui-se que os procedimentos executados pela auditoria independente contribuem para a melhoria da qualidade da informação e conseqüente redução dos riscos relacionados às operações de renda fixa. |
| Abstract: | The audit since its inception sought to check the veracity of the information disclosed by organizations. This work has as main objective to know that independent audit point influences the reduction of risks in the fixed income market. This study is important because of the great importance of the object under study for investors regarding the risks present in fixed income securities. 10 companies active in the professional independent audit segment the main results show that the emergence of the independent audit contributes to the minimization of risks in fixed income were interviewed. It is concluded that the procedures performed by independent audit contribute to improving the quality of information and consequent reduction of risks related to fixed income operations. |
