Abstract: Acute myocardial infarction is a disease of high incidence in the population and becomes a challenge for nurses who work in the recovery process of these patients after illness. Objective: To identify nursing diagnoses according to NANDA-I taxonomy II, evidenced in patients with acute myocardial infarction in the Hemodynamics Unit. To carry out the study, 4 articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected. After analysis, 6 diagnoses of higher prevalence were identified in the articles: Anxiety (100%), Decreased cardiac output (75%), Ineffective breathing pattern (75%), Intolerance to activity (75%), Impaired physical mobility (75%) and Risk of intolerance to activity (75%). It is concluded that it is essential for nurses to develop a care plan focused on emotional health and on circulatory and respiratory patterns, as well as the disorders associated with it.

Abstract: Pressure Injury (LPP) is considered to be an adverse event that may occur in the
hospitalization process and which reflects under the quality of care provided. Its
occurrence is due to several causes, being linked to intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
The objective was to identify in the literature the epidemiological profile of LPP
patients admitted to ICU. This is an Integrative Review of Literature on pressure
injury in critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Center. The selection of
the sample was made based on the VHL search, which includes the MEDLINE and
LILACS databases, and 05 articles were selected. A similar association was observed
between the journals regarding age equal to or above 60 years, white race,
hospitalization greater than 10 days, male sex and low or normal BMI. It can be
affirmed that LPP is a very serious problem in Intensive Care Centers that affect the
most critical patients by several factors and are indirectly related to multiprofessional
care, especially with nursing care.

Abstract: The city of Belo Horizonte has used the "Protocol for prevention and treatment of wounds" since 2003 with the purpose of systemizing and qualifying the assistance provided to injured patients in Primary Health Care (PHC). This study aimed to assess the implementation status of the Protocol for prevention and treatment of wounds in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, and describe the profile of nurses that assist injured patients in the city. This is a quantitative, descriptive, exploratory study carried out with 75 nurses who work at PHC wound dressing rooms in the city. Most of the nursing team is made up of female nurses, civil servants, with over five years of training and professional experience, and prevailing specialization in Family Health/Public Health areas. This study has identified that nurses do not show a consistent practice when assisting injured patients, which reveals that the protocol has not been fully implemented. Even considering the limitations of this study, we can infer that the protocol has not been implemented due to lack of training, outdated protocol, limited knowledge of the subject, work overload and lack of inputs.

Abstract: In view of the importance of interrupting the cycle of transmission of infections in the Intensive Care Unit, a concern with interference from a potentially contaminated environment and consequently as appropriate decontamination measures for inanimate surfaces and equipment in the background require the rigorous attention of the nurse that Each Material materials management and the management of the flows of items used, as well as an orientation on a correct way of using them. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of contamination of materials used in these non-invasive or related tasks, the Intensive Care Unit in particular, the stethoscope and the computer keyboard. It is an integrated review of the literature from the search and selection of scientific studies in electronic databases. Two studies were selected that correspond to the pre-established inclusion criteria. Scientific articles indexed to the Nursing Database (BDENF) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) were consulted between January and March 2017 through the Regional Portal of the Virtual Library Of Health (VHL). The high prevalence of contamination of the materials, when not undergoing adequate cleaning and disinfection processes serve as reservoirs to multiresistant microorganisms and consequently can be disseminated in the environment, mainly through the hands of the workers who manipulate as much equipment as the colonized patients E / Or immunodepressed.
