Abstract: The concept of vulnerability has been worked on in several areas of knowledge, in general, to refer
to an invisible part of society. For the care of this population, we have the Damage Reducing
Agents (ARD) as part of the team, which seeks to reduce the biological, economic and social
losses of drug use, based on respect for this being, in view of the his right to use drugs. A group
that demands the assistance of the ARD are sex workers, especially those who are in the
pregnancy and puerperal period. The harm reduction strategy is structured based on the work of
the ARD, where they are people who have been in situations of vulnerability and / or who are close
to the population. These professionals are hired to work on damage prevention and health
promotion, such as: guidance, provision of condoms, lectures, health training and promotion of
rights. Objective: To understand the meaning of care for women sex workers for Harm Reduction
Agents. Method: This is a qualitative study, with descriptive research. The research took place
during the “Extension Course in Health and Sexuality for Harm Reduction Agents in the city of Belo
Horizonte”. The results were obtained in the course and in individual interviews with three leaders
of the ARD association. For data collection, a field diary was used with the main points discussed in
the course, and a semi-structured interview script. Results and discussion: From the data
collected, the following categories emerged: “Experiences of care with the broad public”,
“Experiences of care with women sex workers” and “Conceptions and practices of ARD related to
sexualities and sexual health and reproductive ”. About the first category, About the “Experiences of
care for the broad public”, it is clear that the professionals have a well-defined way, the main
functions of an ARD, which could be examined through reports of lived experiences with the
population in a situation of vulnerability and experienced care. The category “Care experiences with
cis and trans sex workers” is related to the ARD reports of care for cis women who were in the
pregnancy and puerperal cycle, in addition to the experiences with care for trans women, related
the unpreparedness of the multiprofessional team in assisting these women and coping strategies
built by the ARD. Finally, in the category “Conceptions and practices of ARD related to sexualities
and sexual and reproductive health” there is a discussion about the importance of using
contraceptive methods and the description of the strategies used by these professionals for
guidance on STI prevention . Conclusion: Perceives with the research a need to support public
policies and family planning and reproductive actions more effective and directed to sex workers.

Abstract: Introduction: This study focuses on the life project of young mothers, based on Lukács' ontology of the social being. The concept of youth is traditionally defined as the transition between adolescence and adulthood, however the meaning permeates this biological dimension relating it to the historical, social, economic and cultural context. In this sense, it is important that the young person has the ability to develop possible strategies for building a coherent and well-founded life project. Objective: To understand the impact of motherhood in adolescence for the life project of young women Method: This is a cross-sectional observational study with a qualitative approach that comprises a longitudinal research carried out with 09 young people. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and inserted into the Nvivo 12 software for thematic content analysis. Results: Most of the young women are from the homogeneous social group III, considered unstable in living and working conditions. During the analysis, four empirical categories emerged: support network, sexual and reproductive health, life project and sexual violence Conclusion: The impact of motherhood in adolescence could be perceived in the school delay of young women, in the difficulty in formulating their life projects, reinforced by the social vulnerability they are subject to. It is hoped, with this study, to contribute to a greater support of these young people through public policies
