Title: Argumentação eficaz e ética: promovendo a subjetividade na era digital
Abstract: The project addresses the relevance of ethical and effective argumentation, influenced by the Aristotelian triad of ethos, pathos, and logos, with emphasis on ethos, for the development of students' subjectivity. It highlights the importance of working on arguments that support and rebut the same point of view, promoting critical thinking and using objections constructively. The approach, founded on the principles of Aristotle, incorporates contributions from contemporary thinkers, enhancing the understanding of argumentation in the face of current challenges. The integration of CHATGPT into the practical learning of argumentation and the promotion of subjectivity is highlighted and urgent, given the habitual and current use of the tool. The purpose of teaching to argue with ethics and efficiency in basic education, especially at the high school level, has a significant social impact, considering the long- term positive changes that a well-formed, critical, and conscious individual can promote in their environment through their agency. In summary, the teaching project proposes an integration of elements and activities to strengthen persuasion and promote ethical interactions, valuing the reinforcement of the subjectivity of those involved: students and teachers.

Title: Cr(ia)ndo
Abstract: Thinking about technology classes quickly brings us to the traditional idea of computer courses, where the teacher acts as a guide for the use of software and hardware. It is effective for handling, but CFH (Human Formation Cycle) believes that it is more crucial to build knowledge than simply manipulate. Thus, this innovative pedagogical project emerges, placing students in the role of protagonists. Subjects such as Portuguese language, English language, literature, philosophy, and sociology form the basis of this student-centered approach. Artificial intelligence (AI) comes into play to assist in the creation of tales, bringing benefits to digital literacy and multiliteracies. Collaboration with AI stimulates creative writing, providing innovative suggestions and enriching tales. Moreover, the process involves research skills, contributing to the development of digital literacy. This partnership between humans and AI strengthens skills such as teamwork and communication, essential in multiliteracies. Creating tales, integrating text, images, and AI suggestions, allows the exploration of various languages and media. AI also encourages linguistic experimentation by introducing new words and literary styles. This not only expands students' vocabulary but also contributes to the development of language skills. The use of AI in education goes beyond the traditional, boosting creativity, promoting active student participation, and preparing them to excel in the digital society.

Title: Mentoria para o mercado de trabalho
Abstract: The paper highlights the increasing behavioral demands on young individuals in the job market. A growing challenge is observed in the pursuit of initial employment, particularly for young people in socioeconomically disadvantaged scenarios. Data reveals high unemployment rates among youth in Brazil. The paper advocates for the importance of integrating school learning with everyday practice, adapting to the transformations in the job market, now more dynamic and multifaceted. Throughout the pages, I share a mentoring experience, emphasizing the need to broaden young people's perspectives on professional possibilities, considering various trajectories, including unconventional ones. The text underscores the importance of reflecting on the value of work and delves into the discussion of young people's professional choices in an unequal context. I propose a mentoring project to develop students' agency and empower them to face the challenges of the job market, aligned with changes in Brazilian education, such as the High School Reform and the National Common Curricular Base. Additionally, it emphasizes the relevance of using digital technology as an active tool in building students' agency and highlights the school's role in preparing students for well-informed professional decisions.
