| Abstract: | Tem-se como principal objetivo identificar práticas de agricultura na área urbana de Montes Claros, analisar os fluxos de produtos agrícolas, biodiversidade e conhecimento agrícola que circulam em redes que ligam municípios de origem ao destino. Apresenta resultados de pesquisa de cunho qualitativo. Mostra como resultado um constante dialogo com os locais de origens, aliado ao cultivo de alimentos nos espaços da cidade. |
| Abstract: | It has as main objective to identify agricultural practices in the urban area of Montes Claros, analyze the flow of agricultural products, agriculturalbiodiversity and knowledge circulating in networks linking municipalities oforigin to destination. It presents the results of qualitative research. It showsresults in a constant dialogue with the local sources, coupled with growing foodin the spaces of the city. |
