| Abstract: | Desde de sua vigência em 2013, a Norma Brasileira NBR 15575 buscou garantir o desempenho dos sistemas construtivos através de critérios de desempenhos mínimos no que diz respeito à segurança, à habitabilidade, à sustentabilidade e ao desempenho em habitações residenciais. Mesmo assim, problemas pós ocupação das habitações de interesses sociais acontecem até hoje e muitos dos casos se originam na concepção do projeto arquitetônico. Assim, o presente trabalho buscou o enfoque no requisito de habitabilidade da norma de desempenho para habitação de interesse social, realizando um comparativo entre projetos de mesma tipologia executantes antes e após a vigência da norma. A partir disso foi possível fazer dez apontamentos iniciais na elaboração do projeto arquitetônico com foco no desempenho da habitação de interesse social, atendendo aos parâmetros da ABNT NBR 15575: 2013, como insolação, ventilação, tamanho das habitações, afastamento entre as edificações, acessibilidade total nos empreendimentos, conhecimento aprofundado sobre a legislação da cidade onde a edificação será construída e caracterização do entorno. Espera se que esse estudo possa auxiliar profissionais da área no desenvolvimento de projetos de HIS que possam atender de forma eficaz os usuários da edificação. |
| Abstract: | Since its effectiveness in 2013, the Brazilian Standard NBR 15575 has sought to guarantee the performance of construction systems through minimum performance criteria with regard to safety, habitability, sustainability and performance in residential housing. Even so, problems after occupation of housing for social interests still occur and many of the cases originate in the design of the architectural project. Thus, the present work sought to focus on the habitability requirement of the performance standard for housing of social interest, making a comparison between projects of the same typology that were executed before and after the standard was in force. From this, it was possible to make ten initial notes in the elaboration of the architectural project with a focus on the performance of social housing, meeting the parameters of ABNT NBR 15575: 2013, such as insolation, ventilation, housing size, distance between buildings, total accessibility in the projects, in-depth knowledge of the legislation of the city where the building will be built and characterization of the surroundings. It is hoped that this study can help professionals in the area in the development of HIS projects that can effectively serve the users of the building. |
