dc.description.abstractThe present work had the objective of analyzing the specific form of communication of RPG (Role-Playing Game) players, users of Brazilian Portuguese. League of Legends was used to gain a better understanding of the environment in which these players are inserted and how the interaction between them is done, how they dialogue and what the meaning of the words they use for that purpose is. Thus, this work aims to understand the vocabulary created by these players to communicate. It also aims to identify, describe and analyze the words that are part of the vocabulary of these players and what they denote.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho teve por objetivo analisar a forma de comunicação específica dos jogadores de RPG (Role-Playing Game), usuários do português do Brasil. Utilizou-se do jogo League of Legends para obter-se uma melhor compreensão do meio no qual esses jogadores estão inseridos e como é a interação estabelecida entre eles, registrando o modo como dialogam e o significado das palavras que utilizam para tal fim. Assim, esse trabalho pretendeu compreender o vocabulário criado por esses jogadores para se comunicarem. Também objetivou identificar, descrever e analisar as palavras que fazem parte do vocabulário desses jogadores e o que elas denotam.pt_BR
