dc.description.resumoA 41-year-old male with a dental history of invasive cervical resorption (ICR) was initially treated with a surgical endodontics approach and secondly with antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) along with endodontic retreatment. The use of aPDT was essential to promote bacterial reduction in the resorption defect.
