Title: Synthesis of potential anti-trypanosoma cruzi azole-naftifine analogues by azide-alkyne click reaction

Abstract: Twenty novel azole-naftifine analogues were obtained using azide–alkyne click reaction. Five of them were more potent than the positive control naftifine revealing an unprecedented antiproliferative effects against Trypanosoma cruzi.
