Abstract: | Essa pesquisa apresenta a etnografia de um Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP) ligado ao Sistema CEP-CONEP. Uma instituição criada a partir da promulgação da Res. CNS 196/96. A descrição do funcionamento do CEP é acompanhada pela revisão da bibliografia em antropologia relacionada à ascensão de sistemas de regulação da pesquisa em todo o mundo, assim como é acompanhada pela historiografia do Sistema CEP-CONEP. A última parte apresenta algumas formas de análise dos dados obtidos durante a pesquisa. Dessa forma, pretende-se trazer dados e apontamentos sobre o modelo brasileiro de regulação da pesquisa em seres humanos. |
Abstract: | In this research we present an ethnography of a Research Ethics Committees (CEP) associated to the CEP-CONEP System. An institution created by the enactment of Resolution CNS 196/96. The description of the CEP is presented with a revision of works in anthropology related to the ascension of research regulatory systems and by the CEP-CONEP System historiography. The last part presents an analysis of the data obtained in fieldwork. With this work, we aim to bring some data and reflection about the Brazilian research ethics regulatory system. |
