O papel do gestor na organização do tempo escolar

Abstract

This work aims to do a study on the role of managers in the organization of school time to ensure the quality of the teacher vis-à-vis student. The study was conducted based on the analysis of Project Political School Luiza Gonçalves Moreira, in order to understand how is the management of time and space at the institution. The intention here is to reflect on the relationship between teacher and student vis-à-vis propose ways possible changes to transform the experiences and communication in the school environment and achieve the quality of care. The theoretical framework is based on authors who envision ideas relevant to the construction of school management and the interference of this new form of management aspects relating to school time and yours reflexes in human relations.
