Abstract

The Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH) is a disease of multiple factors, and its detection is almost always late, for being an asymptomatic disease, which complicates the treatment factor for the aggravation of the same. This study aimed to develop a proposal for intervention to improve adherence of hypertensive control the pressure data by means of home visits. To deal with the problem was elaborated a proposal for intervention following the method of Situational Strategic Planning (ESP) , with actions aimed at creating public awareness about the importance of controlling hypertension , drug therapy correct habits of life healthy , about changes in routine, and physical exercise. According to HIPERDIA, avoidance of hypertensive patients UBS will grow considerably, making the monitoring does not occur in full. Therefore consider the need for staff conduct an active search and visit the homes of these patients, to effect the control of blood pressure, treatment adherence and guidance on healthy lifestyles and still meet the quality of life of these patients. We conclude that , even meeting people alone , through home visits , health staff interacts with the family of hypertensive and thus it is believed that in trying to keep the frame stable disease are promoting some of the beneficial family.
