| Abstract: | Esse trabalho teve o objetivo de relatar a experiência exitosa vivenciada pelos profissionais da Atenção Primária à Saúde na implantação do curso técnico no manejo do aleitamento materno, na atenção primária à saúde, em uma equipe da saúde da família. É precedida de revisão bibliográfica utilizando os descritores em ciências da saúde, aleitamento materno e saúde da família. A busca foi realizada na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, nas bases SciELO e LILACS, totalizando 45 referências entre artigos, dissertações e teses. Foram também utilizadas consultas a livros e documentos oficiais do Ministério da Saúde e da Organização Mundial de Saúde. A oferta desse curso favoreceu a criação de um espaço efetivo para a promoção, proteção e apoio à amamentação, demonstrando que estratégias e ações efetivas conduzidas junto às equipes podem interferir positivamente no estímulo ao aleitamento materno, além de oportunizar o pensar das práticas diárias dos profissionais envolvidos. |
| Abstract: | This work had the goal of reporting the successful experience by practitioners of health primary care in the implementation of the technical course in breastfeeding management in a family health team. Is preceded by bibliographic revision using the health sciences descriptors, breastfeeding and family health. The search was performed in the Virtual Health Library, SciELO and LILACS databases, totaling 45 references between articles, dissertations and theses. Consultations were also used in books and official documents of the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization. The offering of this course favored the creation of an effective space to the promotion, protection and support of breastfeeding, demonstrating that effective strategies and actions conducted with family health teams can interfere with positive stimulation of breastfeeding, as well as expand the thinking of daily practices of the professionals involved. |
