| Abstract: | Algumas organizações acreditam que disponibilizar informações relacionadas às suas atividades, tanto internas quanto externas, e aos seus departamentos ou setores tornou-se essencial para que seus colaboradores adquiram o conhecimento necessário a respeito da organização em que trabalham. Na intranet, os portais web seriam uma maneira de disponibilizar estas informações. O principal objetivo deste trabalho é demonstrar os benefícios de se utilizar um software de gestão de conteúdo, CMS (Content Management Systems), para a construção e manutenção de portais web com a utilização de softwares livres. Em geral, a implantação de sistemas de gestão de conteúdo envolve alto grau de customização e custos elevados. Diante disso, a proposta de gerir conteúdos na web com software livre através do Plone (CMS) e Linux (SO) torna-se estrategicamente importante. Plone é um sistema de gestão de conteúdo, com licença GPL (General Public License), que torna possível, simples e ágil o processo de atualização, criação, inclusão e organização das informações nos portais web, disponibilizando as informações mais relevantes ao trabalho e aos negócios das organizações. De acordo com WIKIPEDIA1 [WIKIPEDIA1, 2007], Linux é um kernel de sistemas operacionais livres populares, sendo considerado um sistema do tipo Unix. |
| Abstract: | Some organizations believe that to available information related to its activities, as much internal as external, and its departments or sectors it became essential so that its collaborators acquire the necessary knowledge regarding the organization where they work. In the Intranet, the web portal would be a way to available these information. The main objective of this work is to demonstrate the benefits of the use a software of knowledge management, CMS (Content Management Systems), for the construction and maintenance of web portal with the free use of softwares. In general, the implantation of systems of knowledge management involves high degree of customização and high costs. Ahead of this, the proposal to manage contents in web with free software through Plone (CMS) and Linux (SO) becomes strategically important. Plone is a system of knowledge management, with license GPL (General Public License), that it becomes possible, simple and agile the process of update, creation, inclusion and organization of the information in the web portal, to available most excellent information to the work and the businesses of the organizations. In agreement with WIKIPEDIA1 [WIKIPEDIA1, 2007], Linux is a kernel of popular free operational systems, it is to considered a system of the type Unix.. |
