Estimativa e análise de custos para o processo de importação de vinhos finos chilenos

Abstract

The volume of imports in Brazil is representative and rarely discussed, because the focus is towards export incentives. Given this fact, this subject will be addressed to the estimated costs of imports, its benefits and changes in world and regional wine markets, in addition to significant impacts on wineries. The main objective is to describe and evaluate the estimated cost in the processes of importing Chilean wines to Brazil, by Premium; reputable company that has a representative volume of imports. The research will be exploratory and descriptive; addressing the import process, identifying the costs and logistics system cost estimation. All data collection was carried out through unstructured interviews, semi-structured questionnaires, analysis of the forms and spreadsheets used in estimation cost activities. The results allowed us to understand how decision makers evaluate the factors when estimating the costs of imports, as well as evaluating the potential impact of these factors on the final cost. The study also aims to demonstrate the possible actions that the company can adopt during the import process in order to reduce the spending, since the customs brokers until the freight option, to ensure the integrity of the load and modal efficiency. The research analyzes the decisionmaking concerning the importation, comprising its activity and its estimate cost that reveals the complexity of organizational buying action in the international market.
