| Abstract: | A superfície do implante é um dos seis fatores necessários para ocorrer a osseointegração. A literatura descreve diversas formas de se obter uma microtexturização do implante (plasmas de titanium e hidróxido de cálcio, anodização, jateamento, ataque ácido, laser e combinação de técnicas). O presente estudo revisa e discute as principais formas de tratamento de superfícies dos implantes. Foi realizado uma busca nas principais bases de dados e na tese da Ann Wennerberg. Segundo a literatura, as superfícies moderadamente rugosas e com alto gral de hidrofilicidade possuem melhores resultados na osseointegração. As superfícies tratadas com ataque ácido e jateamento (SLA) e modificadas quimicamente (SLActive) apresentam bons resultados clínicos com sucesso em carregamentos antecipados, pacientes sistemicamente comprometido e em ossos baixa qualidade. Entretanto, as empresas nacionais precisam investir em pesquisas clinicas e um controle de qualidade para conseguir a um resultado semelhante ao SLA e SLActive. |
| Abstract: | The implant surface is one of the six factors required to occur the osseointegration. The literature describes several ways to obtain a micro-texturization of the implant (titanium-plasma-sprayed, hydroxyapatite by plasma spray , anodizing , sandblasting , acid etching , laser and combination of techniques ) . This study reviews and discusses the different dental implant surfaces. A search was conducted in databases and the thesis of Ann Wennerberg. The literature shows that the implants with a moderately rough and wettability surface have better osseointegration Surfaces treated with sandblasting and acid etching (SLA) and chemically modified (SLActive) have good clinical outcomes successfully early loading, pacients with systemic disease and sites with low bone quality. Howerve is necessary more clinical research and quality control by nacional industry. |
