Governo eletrônico e as possíveis contribuições para o controle social

Abstract

The proposals for social control are numerous and many abstract and complex for most of the population has no access or policy domain or connection to any governing body. The electronic interaction came to change the form of design knowledge and expand ways of working in all areas of private or government, with the use of these, the government may provide greater control, transparency and effectively propose greater participation of society in its public policies. In order to identify these forms of social control, a survey was conducted at the site of Electronic Government which is the object of the present study, which refers to several other sites and portals that provide services to society. These services are provided to digital inclusion, which involves the first steps for the citizen to qualify for means of electronic interaction, even participation in their own conduct of public administration. The analyzes revealed that the site is functioning efficiently and effectively, but we can not in secret that the culture of Brazilian society is still fragile with respect to how to make really effective these interactive media, as states and municipalities are required to participate in these intermediation services, It is necessary that these organs are together and also want to use these means to the actual conversion in favor of benefits and social controls.
