Eficiência energética: análise de um edifício residencial segundo RTQ-R e recomendações de projeto arquitetônico para Divinópolis, MG

Abstract

News related to the scarcity of natural resources, climatic changes of great magnitude, degradation of the ozone layer, among others, are recurrent. In this way, the present work aims to evaluate the thermal performance and energy efficiency of a building multi-family residential project to be built in Divinopolis, Minas Gerais, a city in the Bioclimatic Zone 3. It is a building of approximately 2000 square meters with eight floors and six housing units. The prescriptive method provided by Quality Technical Regulation to the Level of Energy Efficiency in Residential Buildings (RTQ-R) was applied, in which the performance of the building components and equipment to be used in the building were assessed, resulting in a final ENCE ranking B level for the building and E level to the building common areas. From suggestions for improvements were made in order to increase thermal and energy performance of the building as well as to achieve the A level of efficiency. It was possible to confirm that, choosing materials and equipment judiciously, knowing their properties and the influence of these on the labelling result, it is possible to obtain more satisfactory results without the need to increase construction costs.
