| Abstract: | Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar na literatura subsídios teóricos e práticos sobre educação permanente aplicados pelo enfermeiro para produzir mudança na prática dos técnicos de enfermagem nos serviços de saúde.Para o percurso metodológico foi adotado a revisão integrativa e sua aplicação serviu para a exploração de artigos na BVS , publicados na íntegra, em português no período de 2001 a novembro de 2013. Dos 172 trabalhos encontrados, apenas12 se enquadraram na revisão integrativa e seus resultados foram classificados em três categorias:a) A importância da Educação Permanente para a formação de Técnicos de Enfermagem b) A articulação da Educação Permanente com a necessidade dos profissionais c) A educação permanente como elemento indispensável a qualidade do Serviço de Enfermagem. Conclui-se que osenfermeiros devem buscar subsídios teóricos e práticos utilizando a estratégia da educação permanente para capacitação dos técnicos de enfermagem, com avaliações ao longo do processo assistencial para que o cuidado e a assistência prestada à população sejam eficazes e duradouras. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to identify on theoretical and practical AIDS literature on permanent education applied by the nurse to produce change in the practice of nursing technicians in health services.For the methodological path was adopted the integrative review and its application to the operation of articles at the VHL, published in full in Portuguese during the period from 2001 to November 2013. Of the 172 jobs found, only 12 fit in integrative review and its results were classified into three categories: a) the importance of permanent education for training nursing technicians b) articulation of permanent education with the need of professional c) permanent education as an indispensable element of quality Nursing Service. it is concluded that the nurses should seek theoretical andpractical grants using the strategy of permanent education for training nursing technicians with evaluations throughout the process so that the outreach care and the assistance provided to the population to be effective and lasting. |
