Flexibilização, desregulamentação e o futuro do trabalho: e o futuro do trabalho na Itália será a flexisegurança?

Abstract

The present study aimed to contrast the work element in time, through a glimpse of yesterday, today and tomorrow for a possible labor relations and the world of work. We highlight some changes in the workplace. Showing that sometimes work had been more sometimes less valued, but the work has always existed and probably always will be. With changes in form and meaning varies according to social change. Were the subject of reflection contours of the delineators work element with respect to process flexibility, deregulation and in relation to trends and signs for the future of work. We do not intend to make an analysis of futurology, or prophetic, because any attempt to predict the future would be an exaggeration and an absurdity. For the future is uncertain and unpredictable. However we focus on a possible scenario of what will be the future of work and by consequence of the workers, we seek to show trends throughout the study and verify predictions, ie, signs that could indicate possible events for the future of work. We will also have a short approach on flexicurity Institute of saying what is flexicurity. And showing that such Office is likely to be deployed in Italy. Thus, we will try to outline in general terms the world of work. This paper addresses the above mentioned thematic focus to glimpse this great need for reflection, given that there is no possible way for a better future than to rethink the possible answers and slices. We had committed to writing for the present time, but in the past with a look that is projected for the future, because nothing is releasing the story, but human history is certainly that of unpredictability.
