dc.description.abstractIntrodução: A não adesão pode ser destacada como um dos principais contribuintes para a ocorrência de eventos adversos em pacientes tratados com varfarina. A utilidade das medidas de auto-relato de adesão ao medicamento pode ser melhorada seguindo o acompanhamento psicométrico propriedades no desenvolvimento das escalas de medição. Assim, objetivamos descrever o protocolo de uma revisão sistemática da literatura projetado para investigar e descrever instrumentos validados usados ​​para avaliar a adesão à terapia com varfarina. Métodos: Realizaremos uma revisão sistemática que incluirá estudos observacionais e experimentais envolvendo o uso de instrumentos para avaliar a adesão à terapia com varfarina. Dimensões de adesão levantadas pelos estudos selecionados serão extraídas para serem comparado. Buscaremos sistematicamente bancos de dados eletrônicos, incluindo MEDLINE, LILACS, EMBASE e Cochrane Library usando um estratégia abrangente desde o início até 31 de junho de 2019. Dois revisores revisarão a literatura de forma independente usando um formar e avaliar o viés potencial. Após a comparação dos resultados, as discrepâncias serão resolvidas após a análise de um terceiro revisor. Resultado: O desenvolvimento da presente sistemática ajudará a resumir e avaliar os instrumentos validados que foram publicado anteriormente para avaliar a adesão à terapia com varfarina. Conclusão: Esta revisão fundamentará a discussão de temas relevantes que devem ser avaliados no atendimento ao paciente tomando varfarina. Este conhecimento permitirá uma abordagem abrangente para os profissionais de saúde melhorarem os resultados do tratamento e o desenho de investigações futuras. dc.description.resumoBackground: Non-adherence can be highlighted as one of the main contributors to the occurrence of adverse events in patients treated with warfarin. The usefulness of self-reporting measures of drug adherence could be improved by following psychometric properties in the development of the measurement scales. Thus, we aimed to describe the protocol of a systematic literature review designed to investigate and describe validated instruments used to assess adherence to warfarin therapy. Methods: We will perform a systematic review will include observational and experimental studies involving the use of validated instruments to assess adherence to warfarin therapy. Dimensions of adherence raised by the selected studies will be extracted to be compared. We will systematically search electronic databases including MEDLINE, LILACS, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library using a comprehensive strategy from inception to June 31, 2019. Two reviewers will revise the literature independently using a standardized form and assess the potential bias. After the comparison of results, discrepancies will be solved after the analysis of a third reviewer. Result: The development of the present systematic will help to summarize and evaluate the validated instruments that have been previously published to assess adherence to warfarin therapy. Conclusion: This review will substantiate the discussion of relevant topics that should be assessed while providing care to patients taking warfarin. This knowledge will enable a comprehensive approach for healthcare professionals to improve treatment outcomes and the design of future investigations.
