| Abstract: | O objetivo central deste trabalho é analisar o serviço Família Acolhedora da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte. Esse objetivo se desmembra em três objetivos específicos: 1 – Evidenciar a trajetória do projeto, o perfil das famílias atendidas e os resultados alcançados; 2 – Analisar como é feita a mediação entre a família e a criança acolhida, desde o momento de seleção da família até a finalização do vínculo entre a família e a criança; 3 – Problematizar quais são os desafios enfrentados pelos gestores do serviço e as perspectivas futuras para o Família Acolhedora. Esses objetivos visam a responder ao seguinte problema de pesquisa: “Como se deu a trajetória do serviço Família Acolhedora em Belo Horizonte e quais são os desafios de sua gestão?”. Compreender os questionamentos propostos por esse trabalho ajudam a refletir e a propor formas de aprimoramento desse serviço inovador, a fim de tornar o acolhimento de crianças e jovens mais humanizado e familiar. Assim, o programa busca aproximar os indivíduos que sofreram violações da segurança e do afeto familiar, minimizando os impactos negativos inerentes ao processo. Nesse sentido, a metodologia do trabalho prevê uma pesquisa qualitativa e o método de Estudo de Caso, pois pretende-se acessar com maior profundidade a visão dos gestores dos projeto a partir de dados qualitativos. Além disso, questões como a mediação de laços afetivos e valores emocionais entre as famílias e os acolhidos, não podem ser mensurados apenas numericamente. Para tanto, prevê-se a utilização de documentos bibliográficos, institucionais, além de entrevistas. A entrevista a ser realizada é do tipo semi-estruturada de finalidade exploratória, em que um conjunto de questões previamente definidas servirá como roteiro orientador. Todavia, o entrevistado terá a oportunidade de discorrer livremente acerca de cada pergunta, criando um contexto semelhante ao de uma conversa informal. Assim, o intuito da entrevista é coletar informações de especialistas que não são possíveis de serem encontradas somente através da pesquisa bibliográfica. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this study is to analyze the “Serviço Público Família Acolhedora” of the city of Belo Horizonte. The main objective is dismembered into three specific objectives:1 - Show the trajectory of the service, the profile of the Família Acolhedora and the achieved results; 2 - Analyze how is the mediation between the Família Acolhedora and the child fostered, since the moment of the process of choice of the family until the end of the bond between the family and the child; 3 - Discuss the challenges faced by the managers of the service and the future perspectives for the Família Acolhedora. These objectives aim to answer the following research problem: "How was the trajectory of the Serviço Família Acolhedora in Belo Horizonte and which are the management problems? Understanding the questions proposed by this study will help to make a reflection and will propose ways to improve this innovative service, in order to make the welcoming of children and young people more humanized and familiar. Therefore, the service seeks to approach individuals who have suffered safety and family affection violations, minimizing the negative and inevitable impacts in the process. In this way, the methodology of the study consists of a qualitative research and the method known for Case Study, because it is intended to access in more depth the point of view of the managers of the service from qualitative data. In addition, issues such as the mediation of affective bonds and emotional values between families and fostered children cannot be measured only numerically. For this purpose, the use of bibliographic and institutional documents, in addition to interviews, are necessary. The interview applied is a semi-structured type of exploratory purpose. A set of previously defined questions will serve as a guiding script. However, the interviewee will have the opportunity to talk freely about each question, creating a similar context of an informal conversation.
