| Abstract: | O uso racional dos antimicrobianos é importante para se evitar seleção de cepas bacterianas resistentes e as prescrições se tornam uma ferramenta fundamental, desde que o profissional prescritor ao se aviar esteja atento as orientações da RDC 20/2011. O objetivo deste trabalho foi de analisar as prescrições de antimicrobianos dispensados por uma drogaria no norte de Minas Gerais. Trate-se de um estudo de campo de caráter observacional, quantitativo e documental das segundas vias das prescrições de antimicrobianos dispensados por uma drogaria privada durante o período de setembro de 2017 a fevereiro de 2018. No total foram analisadas 1538 prescrições, sendo que 55,5% foram aviadas para pacientes do sexo feminino e 71,3% foram emitidas no âmbito do SUS. Destas receitas 72,6% estavam na forma manuscrita e 81,1% foram classificadas como legíveis, 18,1% pouco legíveis e 0,8% como ilegíveis. A amoxicilina (22,0%) e a azitromicina (17,5%) foram os antimicrobianos mais prescritos. O clínico geral se destacou na pesquisa (68,3%). Conclui-se com a importância de se realizar estudos sobre analises de prescrições de para se conhecer a realidade sobre o uso de antimicrobianos nas diversas localidades do país, na busca por um uso racional destes medicamentos. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this work was to analyze the prescriptions of antimicrobials dispensed by a drugstore in the north of Minas Gerais. This is an observational, quantitative and documentary field study of the second copies of antimicrobial prescriptions dispensed by a private drugstore during the period from September 2017 to February 2018. In total, 1538 prescriptions were analyzed, of which 71, 3% were issued under the SUS and 81.1% of these were classified as readable, 18.1% barely readable and 0.8% as unreadable. The general practitioner stood out in the survey (68.3%). It is concluded that most of the prescriptions analyzed by this study were issued within the scope of SUS and most of them were well readable, however some information considered mandatory by RDC 20/2011 was not found, such as gender and the patient's age. |
