| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is a reflection exercise on the state government's official discourse on the exploration of “green” lithium in the Jequitinhonha Valley from the perspective of the methodological tool of Discourse Analysis and its interface with recent reflections in the legal field, precisely within the scope of the Theory of the Constitution, Environmental, Climate and Economic Law. |
