Sustentabilidade e certificações ambientais de edifícios : revisão bibliográfica, iniciativas e cases de sucesso no Brasil

Abstract

This is the approach for an abbreviated approach to the topic of sustainability, removing the importance of this topic in the global context, presenting its concept of sustainability and a short period of time. We then explore the relationship between the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Objects (SDGs) and the construction of sustainable buildings. Evidently how buildings contribute in a sustainable way to specific metastases, to promoting health and combating climate change. We later list our environmental certification systems that are not registered in Brazil, such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), AQUA-HQE™ and the National Program for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (Procel Edifica). Here, as examples of initiatives and successful cases in Brazil, we address the construction of Almost Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB), and the results of the environmental certification process for the Mina Building and the IDEA BAGÉ Building.
