| Abstract: | O presente trabalho trata de uma análise da média mensal de escovação dental supervisionada (procedimento 0101020031) realizada no ano de 2011 em Brumadinho. Objetivou-se fornecer dados para avaliar os serviços de Saúde Bucal do município, através da análise do indicador 42 do Pacto pela Saúde 2010, a fim de subsidiar o planejamento/avaliação dessa ação preventiva. Realizou-se uma revisão de literatura nas bases de dados do Google Acadêmico e da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde BVS (Bireme) com publicações do período de 1995 a 2011, a respeito do tema e uma coleta de dados através do site DATASUS e do relatório de produção do Centro de Processamento de Dados (CPD) da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Brumadinho. Observou-se que o município possui resultados melhores (7,7%) que o recomendado pela coordenação nacional de saúde bucal (3%) e pela coordenação de saúde bucal do estado de Minas Gerais (5%), porém ainda abaixo da meta pactuada pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Brumadinho (8%). A partir dessa base de dados e com as comparações das metas federal e estadual, pretende-se intensificar as ações de escovação supervisionada, principalmente por esta contribuir com a melhoria da saúde bucal da população. |
| Abstract: | The present work deals with an analysis of monthly average brushing supervised (procedure 0101020031) held in the year 2011 in Brumadinho. The aim was to provide data to evaluate the services of Oral Health of the municipality, through analysis of indicator 42 of the Covenant by Health 2010, in order to support the planning/evaluation of preventive action. There was a review of the literature in the databases of the Google Scholar and the Virtual Health Library - BVS (Bireme) with publications the period of 1995 to 2011, about the theme and a collection of data through the web site DATASUS and production report Data processing Center (CPD) of the Municipal Department of Health to Brumadinho. It was observed that the city has better results (7.7%) than recommended by the national coordination of oral health (3%) and the coordination of oral health in the state of Minas Gerais (5%), but still below the target agreed by the Municipal Health Brumadinho (8%). From this database and comparisons with the goals of federal and state intends to intensify the actions of supervised toothbrushing, mainly because it contributes to improving the oral health of the population. |
