| Abstract: | O presente estudo de revisão integrativa teve como objetivo identificar na literatura o conhecimento produzido sobre educação permanente direcionado a profissionais de nível técnico de enfermagem. Sinaliza as possibilidades de formação na prática profissional através da contribuição da educação permanente como estratégia para apreensão do conhecimento em saúde e enfermagem. Sugerem-se apropriação deste conhecimento pelos enfermeiros para subsidiar a formação dos profissionais técnicos de enfermagem objetivando uma prática transformadora na assistência à saúde da população. |
| Abstract: | The present study of integrative revision it had as objective to identify in literature the knowledge produced on permanent education directed the level professionals technician in nursing. It signals the possibilities of formation in the practical professional through the contribution of the permanent education as strategy for apprehension of the knowledge in health and nursing. They suggest appropriation of this knowledge for the nurses to subsidize the formation of the professionals technician of practical nursing objectifying one transforming one in the assistance to the health of the population. |
