Práticas educacionais desenvolvidas na atenção primária em saúde a partir da transformação do profissional enfermeiro enquanto sujeito do processo

Abstract

Currently we no longer get away as education and health, in this sense, health education shall be considered as a way to direct educational initiatives that encourage responsible decisionmaking. Thus , this transformation is the key point of the educational activities that happen ineveryday primary health care , primary locus of health promotion , where the nurse is seen as the main responsible for the ways how to lead these transformations . This then is an integrative literature review is aimed to identify the educational activities that take place in primary health care where the nurse is the subject of the process. Thus it was possible toobserve that the collective educational practices, the group are the large scope of these activities in detriment to activities that take place on an individual basis, i.e. , nursing consultation . Despite several drawbacks that lead to wear and failure of group work , the nurse also has been considered as the largest holder of professional ability to keep ahead ofthis action because , despite having a biologicist , curative and prescriptive training has immense capacity for contextualization. Therefore, through dialogic, individual or collective relationships, awaken in others the freedom and the will to choose, direct life for whatever.Thus transforming each other in person.
