| Abstract: | Este trabalho demonstra a concordância existente entre o teste do interferon gama (INF ) e a tuberculinização intradérmica comparada no diagnostico da tuberculose bovina em condições brasileiras. Centro e dois animais provenientes de quatro rebanhos leiteiros no estado de Minas Gerais forma tuberculinazados e os resultados obtidos foram então comparados com o teste de interferon gama. Para detecção do INF utilizou-se um kit comercial de ELISA, BOVIGAM. Os resultados demonstraram não haver diferenças significativas entre as freqüências de animais positivos e negativos segundo os teste de tuberculinização intradérmica comparada e o teste de interfon gama no dia zero e após decorridas 72 horas da inoculação de tuberculina. A concordância entre os teste variou de 79,4% a 85,3% segundo o teste de Kappa. Não foram encontradas diferenças significativas entre os valores médios das densidades óticas entre os dois dias de coleta |
| Abstract: | This study demonstrates the correlation between the test of interferon gamma (INF ) and tuberculin intradermal tests in the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis in Brazilian conditions. Centre and two animals from four dairy herds in the state of Minas Gerais tuberculinazados way and the results were then compared with the gamma interferon test. For detection of INF , we used a commercial ELISA kit, BOVIGAM . The results showed no significant differences between the frequencies of animals according to positive and negative intradermal tuberculin test compared intercom and testing range on day zero and within 72 hours after inoculation of tuberculin. The agreement between the test ranged from 79.4% to 85.3% according to the Kappa test. There were no significant differences between mean values of optical densities between the two collection days. |
