| Abstract: | A implantodontia nos ultimos anos foi uma das maiores conquistas na Odontologia para substituir a perda de dentes. A adaptacao proteses sobre implantes e considerada fator primordial para o sucesso do tratamento restaurador, pois proteses com o minimo desajuste vertical sao desejadas, acreditando-se na geracao de menores valores detensao as fixacoes. A desadaptacao de componentes proteticos sobre os implantes podem provocar problemas biologicos, mecanicos e ate mesmo a perda da osseointegracao, sendo importante o assentamento passivo da protese sobre o implante livre de tensao. Apesar de muitos estudos na literatura nao existem parametros para considerar os niveis de desajuste clinicamente aceitaveis. O presente estudo tem comoobjetivo realizar uma revisao de literatura sobre os niveis do desajuste vertical entre componentes proteticos metalicos e os implantes. Os resultados revelaram valores aceitaveis entre 10 a 150 m de desadaptacao vertical. |
| Abstract: | The implant dentistry in recent years has been one of the greatest achievements in dentistry to replace lost teeth. The adaptation prosthetic implant is considered a key factor for the success of restorative treatment, for prostheses with minimal vertical misfit are desired, it is believed to generate lower voltage values to anchorages. The maladjustment of prosthetic components on the implants can cause biological problems, mechanical and even the loss of osseointegration, thus the passive fit of the prosthesis on the stress-free implant. Although many studies in the literature there are no parameters to consider the clinically acceptablemisfit levels. This study aims to conduct a literature review on the levels of vertical mismatch between metal abutments and implants. The results showed acceptable values between 10 to 150m vertical mismatch. |
