Capacitação sobre os riscos de gravidez na adolescência

Abstract

Pregnancy at any age is considered an important psychosocial event, but during adolescence it involves a series of situations what can both threaten the health of the mother and his son. Through The Family Health Strategy was observe an increase of the number of morbidities and complications at the population of pregnant adolescents in our coverage area. Through this scenery our objective is training the population and health workers about the risks of pregnancy in adolescence to improve the follow-up of pregnant girls of the Vila Lagoinha, 2017. The project fallowed the footsteps of the Situational Strategic Planning, the family health team of Vila Lagoinha determined the priority health problem, family records data were used. For the bibliographic research, were consulted texts about pregnancy in adolescence, psychological changes of this life stage, as well as the patient’s medical records of the health unit in the past year, public documents and other fonts; the keywords were identified. The family health team as a whole determined the fallowing critical nodes. Insufficient level of information on responsible sexual behavior; irresponsible sexual life styles in teen; poor structure of health services to deal with the problem of teenage pregnancy; health family teams without monitoring protocol for pregnant adolescents. After the effectuation of the actions, can be summarized that with the implantation of the activities of the action plane the pregnant adolescents can improve their knowledge’s and prevent complications.
