The construction sector is one of the greatest responsible for environmental degradation and at the same time, is responsible for much of the world economy, contributing to the generation of jobs and if connecting directly to the production of equipment, supplies and services. Various inputs used in the production of a variety of materials employed in activities carried out by the industry, are taken from nature. In addition, the implementation of its activities generates a significant amount of residue, the majority of which is from construction and demolition activities, called RCD. Such waste is composed, in your most, for mortars, concrete and ceramic materials, whether they are generated by waste or leftover materials. In order to remedy some of the negative impacts caused by construction, since the withdrawal of natural inputs until the generation of RCD, studies aimed at the use of the RCD as an alternative to inserting them in cimentícias arrays, as in mortars, using them on form of recycled aggregate. These RCD can be incorporated as a whole or used through the segregation of components. Therefore, this article aims to conduct a bibliographic survey concerning the analysis of the influence on the behaviour of recycled mortar, in respect of the chemical, physical and mechanical properties that have achieved with the replacement of the aggregate natural recycled aggregate from ceramic materials. So, one could observe that there is a range of results by entering the recycled ceramic aggregate in mortars. This diversity is given on the different types of ceramic materials, and in relation to the treatment given to them. Therefore, one should give greater attention in relation to the treatment of this waste and the results of the indicators of durability that mortars with recycled aggregate feature ceramic.pt_BR
