| Abstract: | Objetivo-se no presente trabalho, por meio de uma revisão de literatura, avaliar e enumerar os fatores de risco mecânicos e biomecânicos das próteses parciais fixas implanto-suportadas posteriores em segmento reto. Um diagnóstico correto e a elaboração do plano de tratamento são preponderantes para avaliação dos fatores de risco. A utilização de um checklist foi proposta para auxiliar na busca destes fatores. Reabilitações em pacientes onde serão realizadas próteses parciais fixas implanto-suportadas posteriores em segmento reto devem ser criteriosamente planejadas, uma vez que são susceptíveis à flexão de cargas, prevenindo, assim, complicações e falhas dos implantes. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this project is to evaluate and enumerate the mechanical and biomechanical risk factors of implant-supported fixed partial prosthesis posterior in straight segment by doing a literature revision. A correct diagnosis and a elaboration of a treatment plan are essential to evaluate risk factors. The utilization of a check list was suggested to help in the search for risk factors. Rehabilitation of patients who will be submitted to an implant-supported fixed partial prosthesis posterior in straight segment should be discerningly planned, as this is very susceptible to load flexion, thus preventing complications and implant imperfections |
