Plano de ação para ampliar os encaminhamentos e adesão de hipertensos às ações de educação em saúde no Oliveira Tênis Clube no Município de Oliveira em Minas Gerais

Abstract

The periodic follow-up of hypertensive patients represents a step in the work of the Oliveira Tennis Clube's team of teachers, allowing members of the health team closer contact with users and knowledge of their reality in the construction of links. The situational diagnosis carried out in our area of coverage indicated as the main nodes - critics of the scope area the lack of adherence to the physical activity of users with hypertension and the lack of divulgation and knowledge of the actions carried out in the club. The objective of this study was to elaborate an intervention plan for the best adherence and participation of patients with arterial hypertension in the club microarea in Oliveira / Minas Gerais. The intervention plan was proposed based on the Situational Strategic Planning and literature review in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with the descriptors: Health Education, Hypertension and Adherence. Three critical nodes were chosen for the area of comprehensiveness and elaborated operations for their resolution, with the results expected to be very significant for the team and the teaching - learning process. We conclude that the identification of the factors that determine the non adherence to the treatment is of vital importance for the application of therapeutic strategies and obtaining satisfactory results.
