Abstract:	A humanização no pré-natal e nascimento foi instituída pelo ministério da saúde (MS) por meio da Portaria\GM 569, de 1\6\2000, com objetivo de assegurar o acesso, cobertura e qualidade do acompanhamento do pré-natal, da assistência ao parto e puerpério as gestantes e ao recém-nascido na perspectiva dos direitos de cidadania. Nesse sentido o objetivo deste estudo é implantar e implementar a humanização da assistência obstétrica, em Batalha, município do estado do PI. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo exploratório de natureza qualitativo. O instrumento utilizado na coleta de dados foi um roteiro semi-estruturado constituído de duas partes. A primeira com caracterização sociodemográfica das participantes e a segunda com questões abertas que abordavam a satisfação com a assistência prénatal recebida e a concepção da puérpera e acompanhante a respeito da experiência vivida durante o parto. A análise e interpretação dos dados apoiaram-se na abordagem da análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Os dados foram coletados no período de setembro a novembro de 2015, através de entrevista junto a 09 puérperas que haviam participado do curso de gestante. Observou-se que embora as gestantes estivessem satisfeitas com a assistência recebida, desejaram obter mais informações sobre mudanças fisiológicas da gravidez, trabalho de parto e parto, cuidados com a criança e amamentação. Resultados: a análise do conteúdo dos depoimentos permitiu apreender-se que as mulheres reconhecem condutas que humanizam e desumanizam a assistência, que são capazes de modificar percepções para fortalecer o cuidado de si e de sugerir mudanças tanto no âmbito assistencial como educativo para a melhoria dos serviços. Tendo em vista a humanização do pré-natal na ESF Formigueiro reduzindo o grau de insatisfação das pacientes nele atendidas e proporcionando o aumento do número de gestantes assistidas principalmente no início da gravidez, no entanto a rede de serviços de apoio diagnóstico para a realização dos exames recomendados durante a gravidez nem sempre contempla a necessidade dos Municípios, a mulher ainda peregrina para encontrar um estabelecimento de saúde no momento do parto e a atenção ao parto e nascimento, por vezes, utiliza-se de práticas que não estão baseadas em evidências científicas.
Abstract:	Humanization in Prenatal and birth has been established by the Ministry of Health (MOH) through Ordinance \ GM 569, 1 \ 6 \ 2000, in order to ensure access, coverage and quality of prenatal monitoring, delivery care and postpartum pregnant women and newborn care from the perspective of citizenship rights. In this sense the objective of this study is to deploy and implement the humanization of obstetric care in Battle, PI county in the state. It is an exploratory descriptive study of qualitative nature. The instrument used for data collection was a semi-structured script consists of two parts. The first with socio-demographic characterization of the participants and the second with open questions that addressed satisfaction with prenatal care received and the design of the puerperal woman and companion about the experienced during childbirth experience. Analysis and interpretation of data backed up in the approach of Bardin content analysis. The data were collected between September-November 2015, through interviews with the 09 mothers who had participated in pregnant course. It was observed that although pregnant women were satisfied with the care received, wanted more information about physiological changes of pregnancy, labor and childbirth, child care and breastfeeding. Results: The analysis of the content of the testimonies allowed to grasp that women recognize behaviors that humanize and dehumanize assistance, which are able to modify perceptions to strengthen self-care and suggest changes both in the health care context as educational for the improvement of services. With a view to prenatal humanization in the FHS Tingling reducing the level of dissatisfaction of patients seen it and providing the increase in the number of pregnant women mainly assisted in early pregnancy, however the diagnostic support services network for the examinations recommended during pregnancy not always addresses the need of the municipalities, the still pilgrim woman to find a health facility at delivery and attention to labor and delivery sometimes makes use of practices that are not based on scientific evidence.
