dc.description.abstractThis intervention project aims to "understand what the nursing team understands the significance of early skin-to-skin to mother-child and what their positive contributions as a professional." Data were collected through participant observation and interviews with ten leading questions by means of a questionnaire, with a space to identify the participants and the free consent of the parties. It was applied in 15 nursing professionals from the Obstetric Center Unit "John Firpo" at Aracaju / SE. The data collection period was from August to September 2015. The incentive of skin to skin contact and breastfeeding in the first minutes of the new life - born is of great significance for mothers and the nursing team has great contribution in assistance and encouragement, so that actions are not taken mechanistically, but with respect and care.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEsse projeto de intervenção teve como objetivo entender a compreensão da equipe de enfermagem sobre o contato precoce pele a pele e quais as suas contribuições positivas enquanto profissional. Os dados foram coletados pela observação participante e entrevista com dez questões norteadoras por meio de um questionário, com um espaço para identificação das participantes e o livre consentimento das mesmas. Foi aplicado em 15 profissionais de enfermagem da Unidade de Centro Obstétrico “João Firpo”, em Aracaju/SE, nos meses de agosto e setembro de 2015. O incentivo do contato pele a pele e o aleitamento materno nos primeiros minutos de vida do recém-nascido é de grande significado para as mães e a equipe de enfermagem exerce grande contribuição no auxilio e incentivo, para que as ações não sejam realizadas de forma mecanicista e sim com respeito e acolhimento.pt_BR
