dc.description.abstractThis paper presents an analysis of the Civil Law of the Internet, as well as the General Law on Data Protection and shows the impact that Internet governance brings to the Federal Public Administration. This Being a descriptive research of a qualitative nature, based on bibliographical and documentary Survey of the Law and other regulations. The work emphasizes three functions of the public sector in relation to the theme. The first function of the State in relation to Internet Governance is the participation in CGI.br. The second and most evident function of the APF is in relation to regulation. The last highlighted function is data protection. Seeking to include the main impacts on the APF the following issues are addressed: Consumer Law, Data Governance and other pending regulations.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste trabalho apresenta uma análise da Lei do Marco Civil da Internet bem como da Lei Geral de Proteção dos Dados e mostra o impacto que a governança da Internet traz para a Administração Pública Federal - APF. Sendo este uma pesquisa descritiva de natureza qualitativa, com base em levantamento bibliográfico e documental da lei e de outros regulamentos. O trabalho enfatiza três funções do setor público em relação ao tema. A primeira função do Estado em relação à Governança da Internet é a participação no CGI.br. A segunda função e a mais evidente da APF é em relação à regulamentação. A última função destacada é a proteção dos dados. Buscando elencar os principais impactos na APF os seguintes assuntos são abordados: Direito do Consumidor, Governança de Dados e outras regulamentações pendentes.pt_BR
