| Abstract: | Este artigo busca verificar se a Educação Permanente e Saúde é eficaz no que diz respeito a doação de órgãos em Minas Gerais e procura responder, como a falta de treinamento em determinada área técnica afeta as doações de múltiplos órgãos e tecidos em Minas Gerais. Para isso, foi analisada a Plataforma de Treinamentos da Central Estadual de Transplantes e o Curso de Capacitação na Determinaçãode Morte Encefálica (CDME). Assim, foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa, onde se verificou que, na plataforma de treinamentos daCentral Estadual de Transplantes -CET, apesar de não haver aumento das doações de órgãos em 2018, o resultado foi positivo devido ao aumento das notificações de óbito. Quanto ao Curso de Capacitação na Determinação de Morte Encefálica (CDME), verificou-se que houve um importante aumento das notificações e doações de órgãos no primeiro trimestre de 2019, em relação ao primeiro trimestre de 2017 e 2018 |
| Abstract: | This article seeks to verify if the Permanent Education and Health is effective in regard to organ donation in Minas Gerais and seeks to respond, as the lack of training in a certain technical area affects the donations of multiple organs and tissues in Minas Gerais. For that, the Training Platform of the State Transplant Center and the Training Course in Brain Death Determination (CBDD) were analyzed.Thus, a quantitative study was carried out, where it was verified that, in the training platform of the CET, although there was no increase in organ donations in 2018, the result was positive due to theincrease in death reports.As for the Training Course on Brain Death Determination (CBDD), there was a significant increase in organ donations and notifications in the first quarter of 2019, compared to the first quarter of 2017 and 2018. |
