| Title: | Estratégias de investimentos no mercado de ações através da análise Dupont: um estudo em companhias do setor de siderurgia e metalurgia |

| Abstract: | Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo a análise do Sistema DuPont a fim de se averiguar os retornos sobre o capital investido. Além disso, foi analisado a variação da rentabilidade média das ações e comparado com o ROE. A composição da amostra foram companhias de capital aberto listadas na Bovespa no setor de siderurgia e metalurgia nos anos de 2014 a 2016. A decomposição do sistema DuPont foi feita de acordo com os autores (Gitman, 2012; Assaf Neto, 2010). Os preços das ações foram retirados da tabela do site UOL Economia e Fundamentus Invista Consciente, calculando-se a média dos preços das ações anualmente e verificando a variação percentual de um ano para o outro. E ainda, foi comparado os valores dos retornos sobre investimento das companhias com o preço de suas ações. Diante do exposto foi possível observar que nem sempre o preço da ação está de acordo com o ROE da Cia e vice e vessa, que outras variáveis podem influenciar ambas medidas. Por fim, foi sugerido a realização de novos trabalhos no tema de estudo, a fim de verificar melhor as estratégias de investimento no mercado de ação |
| Abstract: | This research had as objective the DuPont system analysis in order to investigate the returns on the capital invested. In addition, it was analyzed the variation of the average profitability of actions and compared with the ROE. The composition of the sample were open capital companies listed on Bovespa in steel and metallurgy sector in the years 2014 to 2016. The decomposition of the system DuPont was made according to the authors (Gitman, 2012; Assaf Neto, 2010). Stock prices were taken from the UOL Economia e Fundamentus Invista Consciente website, calculating the average stock prices annually and checking the percentage change from one year to the next. Also, the values of the company's investment returns were compared with the price of its shares. In view of the above, it was published at the time of publication of the package according to the ROE of the Company and vice versa, that other variables may influence the main measures. Finally, it was suggested to carry out new work in the subject of study, in order to better verify the strategies of investment in the market of action. |
