dc.description.abstract | The World Health Organization recommends that breastfeeding is recommended from the very beginning of life. This is one of the strategies for the promotion, protection and support of breastfeeding campaigns in our country. The nursing staff plays an important role in this transition from wife / mother and nurturer, which takes place in the delivery room and maternity, guiding and assisting women during the institutionalized practices. This work was developed in the Mother and Child Hospital of Brasilia (HMIB) as the objective of contributing to new shares nursing and other professionals involved in the delivery and in the first hour after birth, in a way that make it possible to improve the quality and continuity of care in the care given to postpartum and newborn. The target group to which it was proposed that intervention work in partnership with the team of the Obstetric Center nurses, intended for women who have a normal progress of labor and subsequent vaginal delivery. After identifying the problem, the early feeding intervention study was focused on the participation of nursing staff in the pursuit of promotion guidelines that contributed to collaborate to change this reality. The work was divided into two stages: the first is the team work with the mothers and the second analysis of the results and had the support of the Supervisory and Nurses nurse on the team, care and obstetric, who was willing to collaborate. | pt_BR |
dc.description.resumo | A organização mundial da saúde preconiza que a amamentação é recomendada desde a primeira hora de vida. Essa é uma das estratégias para a promoção, proteção e apoio as campanhas de aleitamento em nosso país. A equipe de enfermagem exerce papel importante nesta transição entre mulher/mãe e nutriz, que se dá no centro obstétrico e na maternidade, orientando e auxiliando a mulher durante as práticas institucionalizadas. O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido no Hospital Materno Infantil de Brasília (HMIB) com o objetivo de contribuir para novas ações de enfermagem e de outros profissionais envolvidos no parto e na primeira hora de pós-parto, de forma tal que possibilitem a melhoria da qualidade e continuidade da assistência nos cuidados dispensados a puérpera e recém-nascido. O grupo-meta ao qual foi proposto esse trabalho de intervenção, em parceria com a equipe de enfermeiras do Centro Obstétrico, destina-se às mulheres que apresentam uma evolução normal do trabalho de parto e consequente parto normal. Após a identificação do problema, o trabalho de intervenção do aleitamento precoce foi centrado na participação da equipe de enfermeiras na busca da promoção de orientações. O trabalho foi divido em duas etapas: a primeira constitui no trabalho da equipe com as parturientes e a segunda na análise dos resultados e contou com o apoio da Enfermeira Supervisora e as Enfermeiras que fazem parte da equipe, assistenciais e obstétricas, que se dispuseram a colaborar. | pt_BR |
