Abstract: | O interesse pela construção sustentável e green building vem crescendo juntamente com as certificações verdes como forma de avaliar o desenvolvimento sustentável dos mesmos. As certificações em edificações hospitalares se destacam por se tratar de empreendimentos de grande impacto no meio urbano. Este trabalho buscar estudar a viabilidade técnica e econômica de certificações verdes em edifícios hospitalares. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa em 3 etapas sendo: um levantamento bibliográfico sobre certificação verde e Certificação LEED; o estudo de caso do Ambulatório da Faculdade Ciências Médicas – MG, que foi feito através da aplicação de 5 questionários aos públicos envolvidos: proprietário, construtores, gerente de operações e arquiteto. Por fim, através dos resultados observados nas etapas anteriores foi realizada a última etapa de análise crítica sobre a aplicação da Certificação LEED na edificação em estudo. As conclusões indicam que a principal dificuldade para sua adoção é o custo inicial elevado. |
Abstract: | The interest in sustainable construction and green building has been growing along with the green certifications as a way to evaluate their sustainable development. The certifications in hospital buildings stand out because they are projects of great impact in the urban environment. This work seeks to study the technical and economic feasibility of green certifications in hospital buildings. For this, a research was carried out in 3 stages: a bibliographic survey on green certification and LEED Certification; the case study of the Ambulatory of Faculdade Ciências Médicas - MG, which was done through the application of 5 questionnaires to the involved publics: owner, builders, operations manager and architect. Finally, through the results observed in the previous steps, the last stage of critical analysis on the application of the LEED Certification in the building under study was carried out. The conclusions indicate that the main difficulty for its adoption is the high initial cost. |
