Os desafios de implantação efetiva da lei 10.639 / 2003 nas escolas

Abstract

The central theme of the present research is the effective application of the law 10639/2003 at school Escola Estadual Professor Guilherme Azevedo Lage. It aims to analyze the law flaws and to apply effectively at the researched school the study of African-Brazilian's history and culture, that is, what is determined by the law 10639. This way, the first chapter seeks to analyze and dialogue with different author's ideas that deal with the theme and weave a study about black people’s situation over the country based on evidences and researches, providing, this way, a better perception of the nowadays slavery reflexes to the students. Secondly, there is a study about the law 10693 developments and about the importance of teaching diversity at school’s universe. The third chapter analyzes the teachers importance to the effectiveness of the proposal and the effective implementation of the law at Brazilian’s schools, specially the one researched. Identifying the flaws that disturb the study of African-Brazilian’s history and culture, through observations and talks with coworkers, headmasters, school employees and students, it was possible to draw a profile of the way the law 10639’s effectuation was not realized at the researched school and to look for, based on that and on the creation of a new Political Pedagogical Project (PPP), implanting this theme significantly at the school. It was made, the same way, the same way, a study of different authors during the research and an analyzes of the bibliography available at the school’s library. The paper also counted on the participant observation attheactivitiesrelatedtothethemethathappendduring 2015.
