| Abstract: | Este trabalho, fruto de um projeto de intervenção foi realizado na Escola Estadual “Leopoldina Barros Drumond”, localizada no Distrito de Esmeraldas de Ferros – MG, nas turmas dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, Ensino Médio e Educação de Jovens e Adultos, em parceria com os professores de Filosofia, Sociologia e Ensino Religioso. Foram abordados, com os alunos, as temáticas: Direitos Humanos e Violência Doméstica. O objetivo consistiu em refletir sobre estes assuntos, buscando construir uma cultura de respeito, desconstrução de estereótipos e possibilidade de uma reestruturação das práticas pedagógicas vivenciadas na escola. Também houve um aprofundamento no assunto, no sentido de conhecer melhor a Lei nº 11.340/2006, Lei “Maria da Penha”, sua eficácia e reflexão sobre possíveis causas que ainda são entraves no propósito de se viver numa sociedade mais justa e igualitária. Foi uma experiência enriquecedora que permitiu uma prática com novo olhar sobre as questões da diversidade de gênero. Ainda é cedo para avaliar a efetividade da intervenção e o alcance dos objetivos em sua totalidade, mas pode-se dizer que as sementes foram plantadas em solo fértil. |
| Abstract: | This work, based on an intervention project that was held at the State School "Leopoldina Barros Drumond" located in Esmeraldas District Ferros - MG, in classes of the final years of Elementary Education, Secondary Education and Youth and Adult Education, in partnership with the Philosophy, Sociology and Religious Education teatchers. Were addressed as themes:Human rights and domestic violence. The purpose was to reflect on these issues, seeking to build a culture of respect, deconstruction of stereotypes and the possibility of a restructuring of educational practices experienced in school. There were, also, a deepening on these themes, in order to better understand the Law No. 11.340 / 2006 Law "Maria da Penha", its effectiveness and consideration of possible causes that are still obstacles in the way of living a more just and egalitarian society. It was an enriching experience that allowed a practice with new look on the issues of gender diversity. It is too early to assess the integrity of the goals in its entirety, but it can be said that the seeds were planted in fertile soil. |
