| Abstract: | O trabalho tem como propósito analisar os modos como diferentes atores da Comunidade Emei Jardim Vitória - escola da Rede Municipal de Belo Horizonte - podem construir meios de implementar processos de participação e gestão democrática. O interesse por investigar tal temática foi motivado pelas mudanças ocorridas nos últimos anos a cerca da emancipação das EMEI´s, a escolha pela primeira vez dos diretores e vice-diretores através de eleições e a luta das professoras e professores da RME-BH pelo reconhecimento e reposicionamento da carreira deste profissional, que só foi possível através de muito esforço e insistência. Toma por referência, princípios de gestão democrática e mecanismos de participação firmados em bases normativas de sistemas municipais de ensino na cidade de Belo Horizonte, cuja apuração se deu por via do exame documental, aplicação de questionários e levantamento bibliográfico de teóricos que acompanham historicamente os processos de gestão democrática escolar. (PARO) (2008). Além disso, essa pesquisa objetivou verificar a participação da comunidade escolar nos processos de gestão democrática da escola e como estes se implicam no desenvolvimento e concretização dos mesmos. A pesquisa foi realizada com os sujeitos que compõem a comunidade escolar e para o levantamento de dados, foram analisados o Projeto Político Pedagógico, o Regimento Escolar, a legislação educacional, decretos e portarias expedidos pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação, e as percepções da comunidade escolar em relação aos processos de gestão democrática na escola. Ao findar deste trabalho, foi possível reflexionar que a Gestão Democrática nas escolas é de extrema relevância, uma vez que ela proporciona um trabalho coletivo e compartilhado, onde todos estão juntos em busca de um objetivo em comum: a qualidade de ensino. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to analyze the pedagogical management potentialities of a Belo Horizonte Municipal School Children's School and how it can promote the participation and democratization of educational management. The interest in investigating such a theme was motivated by the changes that have occurred in recent years regarding the emancipation of EMEIs, the first-time choice of principals and deputy directors through elections, and the struggle of RME-BH teachers for recognition and repositioning the career of this professional, which was only possible through much effort and insistence. It takes as reference, principles of democratic management and mechanisms of participation established in normative bases of municipal education systems in the city of Belo Horizonte, which were verified through documentary examination, application of questionnaires and bibliographical survey of theorists who historically follow the processes. of democratic school management. In addition, this research aimed to verify the participation of the school community in the processes of democratic management of the school and how they are implicated in their development and implementation. The research was conducted with the subjects that make up the school community and for data collection, the Pedagogical Political Project, the School Regiment, the educational legislation, decrees and ordinances issued by the Municipal Secretariat of Education, and the perceptions of the school community were analyzed. in relation to the processes of democratic management in the school. At the end of this work, it was possible to reflect that the Democratic Management in schools is extremely important, since it provides a collective and shared work, where everyone is together in search of a common goal: the quality of teaching. |
