| Abstract: | A presente pesquisa busca discutir o impacto da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) no ensino da Arte e na formação docente. A relevância da temática se justifica pela preparação das instituições escolares, no ano de 2019, para atender as exigências da nova legislação que entra em vigor neste ano de 2020, suscitando discussões acerca dos rumos da disciplina na educação básica. Por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa, a metodologia consistiu em uma revisão de literatura sobre o tema, respaldando-se em uma leitura minuciosa de diversos tipos de fontes (documentais, legislação, pesquisas desenvolvidas). Os resultados revelaram que, com a BNCC, percebe-se, novamente, um retrocesso no ensino da Arte, ao inseri-la como componente curricular da Área de Conhecimento Linguagens, o que causa preocupação em muitos artistas-educadores. Além disso, os achados demonstraram que é necessário estabelecer uma carga horária mínima para as aulas de Arte na educação básica e que não haja exclusiva autonomia das escolas para tomarem tal decisão, pois isso pode fragilizar o ensino da disciplina. Conclui-se afirmando a importância de o professor de Arte defender essa área de conhecimento, mesmo que ela não seja nem considerada de tal forma pela BNCC, proporcionando aos alunos o direito à aquisição e construção de conhecimentos artísticos. |
| Abstract: | This research aims to discuss the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) impacts on Art teaching and on teacher training. The relevance of the theme is justified by the preparations of school institutions, in the year 2019, to meet the requirements of the new legislation that is going to come in to effect in this year 2020, rising discussions about the courses of the Art subject in basic education. Through a qualitative approach, the methodology consisted of a literature review about the topic, backed by a thorough reading of several types of sources (documents, legislation, developed research).The results exposed that, with the BNCC, it is noticeable that, again, a retrocess in Art teaching by inserting it as a curricular component of the Language Knowledge Area, which causes concern in many artists-educators. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that it is necessary to establish a minimum workload for Art classes in basic education and also is required for schools not to have exclusive autonomy to make such a decision, as this can weaken the teaching of the discipline. Concludes by stating the importance of the Art teacher defending this area of knowledge, even if it is not considered in the same way by the BNCC, providing students the right to acquisition and construction of artistic knowledge. |
