| Abstract: | O presente trabalho teve como objetivo fazer a análise da eficiência energética de uma Unidade Habitacional de empreendimento de Interesse Social, localizado na cidade de Contagem / MG, utilizando o RTQ-R. Analisando o método prescritivo do RTQ-R, procurou-se estabelecer uma comparação do nível de eficiência energética do edifício analisado com as normas contidas no Código de Obras da cidade de Contagem que são necessárias para a construção do edifício. Neste sentido, a partir da análise procurou-se identificar as barreiras e as oportunidades contidas no Código de Obras da cidade de Contagem para se atingir um nível aceitável de eficiência energética. A partir da análise foi possível perceber os benefícios que um bom nível energético pode proporcionar e, além disso, que atender os requisitos mínimos do Código de Obras municipal não é suficiente para obter-se um bom desempenho energético. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this paper was to analyze the energy efficiency of a Housing Development Unit of a Social Interest Building, located in the city of Contagem / MG, using the RTQ-R. By analyzing the prescriptive method of the RTQ-R, it was sought to establish a comparison of the level of energy efficiency of the building analyzed with the standards contained in the Construction Code of the city of Contagem, which are necessary for the construction of the building. In this sense, from the analysis we tried to identify the barriers and opportunities contained in the Construction Code of the city of Contagem to achieve an acceptable level of energy efficiency. From the analysis it was possible to realize the benefits that a good energy efficiency level can provide and, moreover, that meeting the minimum requirements of the municipal building code is not enough to obtain a good energy performance. |
