| Abstract: | Neste artigo, me concentro em estudos que investigam diferentes perspectivas governamentais para o incentivo de produções artísticas, visando refletir sobre estratégias e motivações que conduzem a relação entre arte e Estado. Pondero, ainda, acerca das implicâncias decorrentes da interferência que a sociedade civil pode ter na formulação de políticas públicas para cultura, buscando problematizar como tais interferências colaboram, ou não, para o fortalecimento de uma abordagem democrática e participativa no desenvolvimento de ações artísticas. |
| Abstract: | In this article I focus on studies that investigate different government perspectives to encourage artistic productions, aiming to reflect on strategies and motivations that guide the relationship between art and the State. I also discuss the implications arising from the interference that civil society may have in the formulation of public policies for culture, seeking to question how such interferences contribute, or not, to the strengthening of a democratic and participatory approach in the development of artistic actions. |
