| Abstract: | Este artigo tem como objetivo compreender as disputas políticas ocorridas desde meados dos anos de 1980 dentro da Polícia Federal (PF) e que envolvem interesses militares de um lado e de delegados federais por outro. A análise será realizada a partir do entrecruzamento da narrativa estabelecida pelo coronel Amerino Raposo sobre a criação do Departamento de Polícia Federal (DPF), principalmente por meio dos depoimentos coletados em 1998 e em 2015, com o mapeamento dos debates institucionais envolvendo a condução da Polícia Federal desde o período que sucedeu a transição, culminando com a alteração da data comemorativa de seu aniversário, aos 22 de novembro de 2004. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to intend compreend the disputes ocurred since the mid 1980s within the Federal Police between the military interests on one side and federal delegates on the other. The analysis will be carried out by the crossing of the narrative advanced by Colonel Americo Raposo on the creation of the Federal Police Department (DPF), mainly through the testimonies coleted in 1998 and 2015, with the mapping of institutional debates about the conduction of the Federal Police since the transition´s time, culminating with the change of the date of its birthday, to the 22 of November of 2004. |
