Abstract

The effective host to parturient promotes development benefits of labour and delivery, making the experience positive and humane. The fullness of this experience is directly related to how the woman and her family are welcomed and respected. Whereas the Mission of the Municipal maternity Mother hoped to be recognized by obstetric and humanized attendance practices, the present work had as objective to deploy host on routine admission of parturient to Pre-childbirth, Childbirth and postpartum (PPP). In this context, he explored the concept and the importance of acceptance as essential for humanization of assistance, highlighting the role of the nurse in this action, the profile of a leader and motivator (the) team. The methodology employed was the prior awareness of nurses regarding welcoming posture, put into practice by the experimental application of a form of admission (based on PPP routine observation), which directs the attention based on the principles of the national policy of Humanisation, with appreciation of the subject. This form includes the following aspects: greeting, personal information, obstetric data and listen qualified.
