| Abstract: | Este artigo aborda a obra teórica de Marcelo Cattoni, principalmente sua tese sobre uma teoria crítica da Constituição. Para tanto, em primeiro lugar, reconstrói-se a trajetória teórico-bibliográfica de Marcelo Cattoni antes de seu livro “Contribuições para uma Teoria Crítica da Constituição”. Em seguida, apresentam-se a estrutura e os principais argumentos desse livro. Finalmente, levantam-se algumas questões críticas que talvez possam contribuir para o relevante diálogo que Marcelo Cattoni vem propondo entre Teoria da Constituição e Teoria Crítica no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | This paper approaches the theoretical work of Marcelo Cattoni, mainly his thesis about a critical theory of Constitution. To do so, first it reconstructs the Marcelo Cattoni’s theoretical-bibliographic trajectory before his book “Contributions to a Critical Theory of Constitution”. Next, it presents the structure and the main arguments of that book. Finally, it raises some critical issues that could maybe contribute to the relevant dialogues that Marcelo Cattoni has been proposing between Constitutional Theory and Critical Theory in Brazil. |
